(Error 3011)

Communication Cable not found or defective.

To check if the Communication Cable is installed correctly, you must access the Device Manager.

 

Using the keyboard, press the Windows + R keys.

 

The Run window should appear. Type devmgmt.msc and press OK.

The Device Manager should open.

The image below shows how to check whether the driver is up to date or not.

 

If the cable is not showing up, change the USB port the cable is connected to and check again.

If the driver is up to date, the Freedom Connect should work normally. If the problem persists, try using a different Communication Cable.

If the driver is out of date, you will need to manually update it. Follow the steps below to update it.

After this procedure, remove the cable, connect it again and try using Freedom Connect.
