Freedom Lumina Wheelchair

The Freedom Lumina Manual Folding Wheelchair is a model for those seeking comfort and practicality, combined with strength and performance.

It has caster adjustment (adjustment of the front wheel rotation), tilt adjustment (adjustment of the seat and backrest inclination) and center of gravity adjustment (adjustment of the axis in relation to the chair’s center of gravity). These modifications help to make the product increasingly adapted to the user, providing greater comfort, safety and postural adaptation.

Chassis

Weight capacity of up to 130 kg. With the optional double X, this capacity increases to 160 kg.

The Freedom Lumina Duralumin Wheelchair has three chassis size options, “S”, “M” and “G”. The chassis size ensures the best adaptation to the user’s height. The sizes are suitable for people up to 1.40m (S), from 1.40 to 1.85m (M), and over 1.85m (L).

Its chassis is made of duralumin, a lightweight and resistant material that naturally does not present corrosion problems.

Features

The Freedom Lumina Lightweight Wheelchair has articulated, adjustable and removable armrests with expanded polyurethane cushions.

Lumina also has Swing Away footrests with height adjustments. This configuration is a practical way to completely remove the pedals from the chair, facilitating transfers.

Both its front and rear axles are quick release with shielded bearings.

Its rear wheels are 24” rims, which can be inflatable or solid, while the front wheels are 6” rims with solid tires.

Its seat and backrest are made of 33-density polyurethane foam cushions, covered in nylon and fixed without screws. They are comfortable and durable, as well as waterproof, making hygiene much easier.
